This set is wonderful! I ordered it because it looked comprehensive for my needs, and added a FitStik Pro bar separately to expand the exercises. I would not have found it if it weren’t for Joey Atlas, who’s exercise programs I have been following for a few months and enjoying. I need to add progressive overload to see more results and took his recommendation for Stroops. I’ve had it only a few days but the price reflects the quality and I love that I can strap it to a door in an unised office space and get some exercise at work on lunch break. These are sturdy and I love using them! Its like carrying 20-lbs of weights that don’t weigh that much, with the option to use less “lbs”. I will be bringing these on my travels.
