Well Balanced- HIIT
So far so good. Big fan of the daily workouts. Seem to always have a strength piece, conditioning piece, and an accessory. Intensity is solid for a 48 yo feller like me. ALways substitutes listed for exercises I'm uncomfortable with/ dont have equip for. Anyone can follow along. It helps if you have SOME gym/X-fit backround. But, even if you don't- the online community always willing to help. Really grateful for the daily workouts.

Great programming, really enjoying it
This is exactly the type of programming I was looking for after having done Crossfit for 5 years but now working out from home and wanting similar intensity, WOD type workouts with a weightlifting component. Highly recommend.

Loving it
Been away from this style of training for a long time. Love the format, feel like it will improve my conditioning and shape moving forward
