Versatile tote that can be carried like a backpack.
The Flow Totepack is a versatile tote that can be carried like a backpack. As far as Alpaka's lineup of tote bags, the Flow is on the larger side.
The hand straps are long enough to be able to comfortably carry the Flow on one shoulder. The hand strap on one side pulls down through the back to become the shoulder straps in backpack mode. That's where I take one star away. As convenient as it is in transforming, the straps don't seem like they will last in the long term if you'll be switching from backpack to tote mode several times a day, every day. Something will fray or snap over time.

Love this bag. It is perfect for work and travel. It looks great as a tote but makes rhe commute bearable as a backpack when needed. So many pockets! Highly recommend.
Honest review of the Alpaka Flow Totepack after using it on my recent trip to Taiwan:
• Used it during my Taiwan trip; good for travel and daily carry
• Premium design and very versatile tote-to-backpack conversion
• Good internal organization and practical layout
Issues noticed:
• Stitching has some inconsistencies that may affect long-term durability
• Straps in backpack mode tend to slide and loosen, requiring frequent adjustment
• Front magnetic pocket sometimes opens when used in backpack mode.
Overall, still a solid and functional bag, just sharing my honest experience for others considering it.
