Love this

I use this a little different. As I have another bag I use for airline travel this cord reminds me I have something in the setback pouch. Also makes a nice way to pull it out of my bag. High quality and works great

Great Product, Better Service

I recently purchased a Small Cafe Bag and it came with a key strap. The clasp on the strap that should hold the keys was loose and broke off quite quickly. I reached out to the customer service team and they had a new strap in the mail by the next day! It arrived in just a couple more and has worked perfectly ever since. Sometimes things happen out of anyone's control, but it's how those situations get handled that matter, and that alone would bring me back for another bag. FYI, the bag itself is amazing. I can easily hold two books, a small notebook, and all of my other small EDC items. Not to mention I get compliments left and right, and love how lightweight but tough it is.
