Ultimate spring!

I have been on my sourdough journey for 6 months, this oven is fabulous. My bread came out so good, beautiful spring, cooked evenly, not to mention the ease of getting the dough and bread in and out of the oven. It’s so pretty to look at too! Highly recommend.
