Heritage Bread Blend Flour

Great Product

Quality is important to me, this product is very good quality. I did notice you cannot use the bread flour to feed your starter. I switched to the white flour and it came back to life.

This is the only brand I use for making sourdough bread. I am gluten sensitive and have no issues using this flour.

I am loving every product from Sunrise Mill Flour! My granddaughters want pancakes or waffles every morning! Both mixes are excellent. My daughter in law is making bread for me that i can eat, and i am enjoying all the baked goods that i used to have to make with gf flour. Now the taste and texture of those goods are fulfilled with Sunrise flour products and they do not upset my body! So glad i found this company! Excellent products!
