Never used before, have’t yet tried while processing. Not sure what the ‘V’ notch in the end is. Probably some brief directions or pictures would be helpful for ‘some’ of us. Quality and appearance is wonderful!
Nice addition to my wife’s kitchen! The ‘thank you’ note is a nice touch too. Well done!
