Really delicious!
I love this roaster and I buy a bag whenever I am in Truckee during the ski season. I got a bag here, the second time I've had Party Wave, and it was as good as I remembered. Really smooth, strong notes of milk chocolate, a bit of sweetness, and good acidity and bitterness balance. It makes a great americano!
