This cleanser thoroughly cleans, removing makeup. It leaves no greasy residue on my skin. It is gentle and effective. This is my favorite cleanser!

Hard to get out of the bottle

I have a very hard time getting the product out of the bottle. I have taken the top off completely, squeeze the bottle and still the product doesn’t come out. I have to stick my finger into the bottle to use the product. This is my second purchase of the same cleanse, my first purchase was easy to use. I checked the two bottles and they are exactly the same. I don’t understand how they could be so different.
