Grass-Fed Top Sirloin Steak

This is my first try of grass fed beef. Has a little different flavor to it. Take some getting used to. Well packaged and definitely a large steak. Cooked it on the grill. I didn’t overdo it since there’s less fat I didn’t wanna overcook it did a butter and garlic on it afterwards let it sit before cutting. It was pretty good. I’d give it five stars but the verdict is still out.
