Best Ribeye Ever with Busan BBQ Seasoning!

Wow. Hubby and I just finished eating the best ribeye I’ve ever made in my life—thanks to your Busan BBQ spices! I would send a picture, but we ate the whole thing. (Long review, but I have to give credit where credit is due.) I received the Starter Bundle package yesterday. I decided to start an experiment today with the Busan BBQ spices (and nothing else) on my 18-hour dry-brined ribeye, thinking it would give an interesting Asian flavor twist. I also wasn’t sure if it would make the ribeye too salty. Anyhow, I seasoned both sides of the ribeye liberally with Busan BBQ and let it marinate on the steak at room temperature for about 2 hours before pan-frying it medium-rare. OMG. It was the most flavorful, best-tasting steak ever. No hint of an Asian flavor twist—just good old hearty, delicious steak. Not salty at all. It was perfect. Hats off to you, EnakFlavors. I’m a pretty good cook, and your spices just took my cooking to another level. Thank you. Off to the next experiment with your other spices.
