Great seasoning if you want a one and done approach to marinating your meat without over complicating things. Mind you there's salt in the mix so if you are dry brining it's just this and you're done. Truly a seasoning that's dependable and versatile.

I’m not the cook, lol, I bought these for my cook, hubby, but I cooked simple chicken breasts in the skillet. Using the Cajun Heat on 2 and the 5 Pepper on 2. I was impressed with the amount of flavor provided w/o the need for more salt at the table and even I could make tasty chicken. Thanks! Hubby says we’re customers !
