Four Pepper Blend

So much flavor

The four pepper blend is magic. We’ve been using it anywhere we would use black pepper and now we’re hooked (give yourself a treat and try it on cantaloupe). We do a slow roasted pork shoulder in the oven (it eventually gets shredded into “pulled pork”). In the past, I’ve used a rub that I make myself (we don’t use much sugar and most premade rubs have a lot of sugar). The most recent one I instead used the four pepper blend and it worked so well. The meat cooks for about 8 hours, so the outside gets nice and crispy, and the flavor was wonderful.

So Good I Had to Reorder

Had to order the larger size . A friend visited and she loved the pepper blend so much that she ordered for her kitchen. Perfect all around seasoning with a delicious kick. I use it on homemade sourdough crackers, chicken salad, egg salad, Chicken Marsala, burgers, etc. Get a nice shaker and keep this on your dinner table instead of ordinary salt and pepper!

Great all purpose seasoning

I am not a big fan of pepper so was skeptical of this blend. My 14-year-old tried it first and loved it. Now I find myself sprinkling it on vegetables or any time a dish needs a pop of flavor.
