The beef jerky was very good. However, it was a bit greasy. We also ordered a 3 lbs chuck poast and made a pot roast out of it. That was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, well marbled and had a nice fat cap on the end.

It reminds me of other beef jerky I've had before without the artificial ingredients and preservatives. Tastes great in my opinion.
