Filet Mignon

I made a mistake in the ordering process. What I thought I ordered is not what I got. My error. It doesn't matter how good the steak is. Priced at $66/lb. the price is insane. I understand the problems with raising beef; water, hay, foreign market pressure and such. Eventually, the product will price itself out of the market. If $66/lb. is NOT that price I would be surprised. No. I am NOT including shipping in that $66 figure. I paid $33 for a steak that was just a tad under 8oz. I wish you folks the best, but at the price point of your product, I don't see any possibility of success in the future.

I'm 79 years old and work on a farm in my younger days. I've had a lot of beef, and I can say that your beef was great. It tasted like good beef should taste like, not like you get in stores. I don't know how and what your feed your beef but just keep it up. You have a great tasting meet. Thank you Larry.

Looks good a little small for the price. Haven’t tried it yet.
