First choice beef should be your only choice. This meat has the best taste smells fresh. The hamburger is very lean sometimes I have to add water to keep it from burning. This is the best of me on the market hands-down. We are a customer for life as long as they remain in in business. Thank you Laura and your team you guys are amazing. And yes I almost forgot the shipping is unbelievable it’s packaged very professionally and when I receive my beef it is still 100% frozen.
