Part of daily routine

I am 76y/o my day starts with a 2mile walk then 40min of exercise. Followd by elderberry elixer,men's daily and prostate and IB settle. The IB has helped with regularity in BM decreased bloating and ease of movement. All of which were problematic before starting this elixir. I can't say enough positive about all the products I use from Berry Good Elixer. Also sleepy time rest elixir at night. All part of my self managed health routine. Thank you. Ralph
