Super easy to use. Convenient. Stylish and fits the motif of my bathroom. Online purchase was seamless. Only roadblock we encountered was a shipping delay, but logistics is hardly the companies fault and out of their control. The experience was exceptional and I would recommend for anyone who needs a quick, easy cleaning option for their dental appliances, or whatever.

Well the thing didn’t work when I got it. It turns out the brick I was using to plug it in didn’t have sufficient volts even though it charged my iPad. But that when the customer service guy stepped up and responded to my emails and helped me figure out the problem! He stood by the product which I am glad for because this is the only sonic cleaner that fits inside my medicine cabinet storage- all the other diameters are too big!

Works as described. Wish there was a bigger version as my toothbrush heads don’t fit. Love plastic free.
