Uproot Washing Machine Cleaner

The product has a great clean scent. I ran the washer as instructed and noticed immediate freshness; a freshness I have never smelled from my washer before!!😲 Noticed the filling of the tub now flows more than it did before! My clothes after washing smell CLEAN!!!!🤩👍🏽 HUZZAH🎉🥳🎉

I ordered this on August 3rd, even upgraded my order and I still haven’t received my product. What could possibly take so long to ship? A month is more than enough time, in my opinion. Pretty disappointing.

30+ days have passed with no response to my inquiries about my order status, a refund, or any meaningful update. At this point, I’m less frustrated by the delayed order itself and more by the complete lack of customer service. I’ve made multiple attempts to get an answer and have received nothing in return. If an order is delayed, that’s one thing—but ignoring a paying customer who is simply asking for an update or refund is unacceptable. I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Uproot Clean. Based on my experience, once they have your money, getting anyone to respond when there’s a problem seems nearly impossible.
