Cap replacement
My bottle cap broke somehow. I was super bumped out so I reached out. Got my replacement bottle caps in 5 days. Super happy. I literally use my Owala EVERYDAY. Thank you

Nice but screws on oddly
This replacement lid fdoeant leak, but it screws on further than the original one which means that when I go to drink I can’t hold the bottle using the narrower diameter part. Not a deal breaker, but it makes it slightly difficult to use because I don’t have large hands.
