Replacement Lids

Product failure - only reason for replacement

Caps should have a sturdier handle. That was the point of failure for the original lid rendering the cap useless. Lids should be available for replacement on Amazon shop or other large retailer who could absorb shipping fees. One lid replacement + shipping is not worth the replacement cost for customers trying to reduce their carbon footprint.

The lid broke (rough time at summer camp) so I went through the warranty process to see if I could get a replacement part instead of throwing away the bottle. The replacement was approved and I was able to select a new lid and have it shipped to my home for free. Owala has really great customer service and they were quick to respond to my email. I plan on buying each family member a free sip owala water bottle.

New & Improved

Received a replacement because the seal to my slider malfunctioned while cleaning. This new slider has a longer handle underneath which makes it easier to turn when disassembling for thorough cleaning. Very happy!
