Great replacement — works perfectly

The original lid broke after the bottle simply fell over, unfortunately right at a weak point in the design. I received a replacement, though, and it works perfectly. The color isn’t an exact match, but it’s close enough and doesn’t bother me at all. Very happy to have the bottle back in use!

Nothing better than the original

Had previously replaced my wife’s lid with a non-Owala lid after I broke it, but it was never the same as the original. I eventually replaced that one with an original and she can’t be any happier.

Replacement lid

I am extremely happy with my replacement lid. I reached out via social media and was advised that the warranty would cover. It did and I love it. Owala brand has the best customer service ever.
