Great Service!
I reached out and asked for a replacement lid when mine broke unexpectedly. The response was quick and within a week I was given a free voucher for a new lid! The new lid arrived and works perfect. I am so happy I can keep using my water bottle!! Thank you!!!

Replacement lid
Had a broken hinge pin on the flip top lid. Simple warranty process. Provided the requested information (receipt, photo of numbers on bottom of bottle, photo of issue).
It did take almost a week. And a bit odd, but, they sent me a gift card that covered the cost of the replacement lid and shipping instead of just shipping a new lid but it worked. Bottle is like new again.

Owala impressed me with their products and their service. Recent line on my Owala top broke. I reached out and they sent me a credit for a replacement top immediately. It was efficient and I appreciated the free top because the model was only seven months old. I will continue to buy the products.
