Love the packaging, and the product itself. The back flat iron but not be too tight but I figured it out. It usually takes me an hour to straighten my hair but with this product it just takes 35-45 minutes.(mine you i have thick curly hair). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED X

First of all, fhe item is absolutely nothing as advertised, my regular $10.00 hair dryer does a better job straightening my hair than this. Out of all the Tymo items I have purchased, this was an utterly sad disappointment. Next, when contacted customer service to return the item, instead ok heres the process, i got strung along, being swayed over 3 times keep the item, offering 2 different gift cards as well as a partial refund of the purchase to keep the item And fhen, again bejng swayed to keep the item because “shipping costs can be quite high” No. I dont want the item. And then when im packing the item in it’s original box etc, with my receipt and the actual items i was charged for, 2 of which i absolutely did not order or receive and 1 item rhat maybe was supposed to be a gift- i didn’t receive that either. So i was overcharged, charged fraudulently for items i did not order or receive- and i dont see myself or my friends, family, etc ever purchasing a Tymo product again.

I love this straightener. The only thing i dislike is that the back flat iron doesn't close over the hair tight enough. It seems a bit useless. So i use the comb on this one and then i go back over my hair with my other straightener for a more sleek and finished look.
