Bought these mostly for my kids, I use powder. I’ll occasionally use them when I’m in a hurry. But I have to hide them from my kids they think they’re candy. I only do half a dose 2. 5g daily for them.

Chews smarties edition

Just the concept alone is wonderful, I enjoy how simple it is. Any place, no water needed, no mess. Its brilliant. And yes, they taste good without any chemical aftertaste.

Have tried several ways to take creatine but couldnt get past the grittiness. These taste just like smarties and are easy to take. Just started so can’t vouch for results yet!
