Expensive- having to take at different times- inconvenient

Some change but haven’t been on it long

I’ve only been taking these a few weeks now. I do believe I’m sleeping better. I used to wake up after a few hours most nights and couldn’t go back to sleep. So think it’s helping with my sleep. Haven’t noticed a change in my stress levels but that may not change as I work in a high stress job
