Took forever to be shipped/delivered. Thought maybe it was helpful the first night...all the nights since, no help and a few nights worse. I'll finish off the bottle since I paid for it and hope that it magically improves, but I'm doubtful.

Higher Quality Sleep
My doctor recommended Noctera when I complained about waking up at 2 or 3 am and not being able to fall back to sleep. Within my first week of using Noctera I noticed a difference. I still wake up during the night, but I fall back to sleep easily. I wake up to my alarm feeling rested and have energy throughout the day!

Wonderful Product!
I have only taken this product twice, and I started with just one pill and it has already helped! I do not feel overly tired when taking it, but it has helped me sleep through the night. I awaken feeling refreshed - no groggy feelings.
