Memories
I was a teenager in the 70s and well remember Arnold peddling these things but I never bought one in the day. This past year got back into lifting after 40-year hiatus and picked up an axle bar from Bells a few months ago. Seeing videos of "young" guys using the blaster and wondered again, as then, if they were just a gimmick. Inexpensive (probably cost about the same in the 70s) so I bought one. Just came about a week ago and I've only gotten to use it a few times but it's making me push harder on the curls and hammers so I'm presuming it has some efficacy. Will send you a picture in a year if I have some real development.

Great Value
I could not be happier with my arm blaster from Bells of Steel.
If you are leery of buying a cheap arm blaster off Amazon yet don't want to pay an arm and a leg for the Rogue one, buy this.
The Bells of Steel arm blaster struck the price/build quality balance I was looking for....a good value.

Arm Blaster for Biceps
I used one of these years ago. I have been having issues with my elbow. This helped let me still hit biceps without hurting my elbow. It also does not let you chest with swinging your arms.
