The pad and strap aren't very long
The shoulder strap is well made, but it doesn't get very long for a crossbody carry especially if you're taller or have a longer torso like me. The pad is about 8.5in in length, which imo is fine, but would like more.

Sympl products are amazing. Unfortunately, the connectors were not compatible with my bag so I ended up having to return it.

Shoulder strap with quick adjistment and comfortable pad. I added it ti the Sympl All-Terrain Tote.
