Million miler bag

Almost cancelled my order because of getting frustrated with the long wait. But high as a kite when I felt, tried, and pretend I’m flying some where. The craftsmanship is perfect, the form of the bag, is beautiful. The material is genuinely strong and durable. The zipper makes access easy. And most of all the compartments are well thought off and planned. It’s worth the wait and the price. Hope customer service will be looked into and needs a better communication. I’m taking this bag to complete my econd million miles of traveling. Will check out the other merchandise of this company. Thanks again.

Best backpack I've ever owned!

I absolutely love my Pioneer Panda Pack Backpack! It feels like someone built a perfect backpack around my stuff. Every pocket and compartment just makes sense, and everything has its place. One of my favorite features is that it stands up perfectly, whether it’s fully packed or completely empty, which makes loading and unloading a breeze. Beautiful bag. Poor customer service.

This bag is beautiful and well made. Unfortunately it is too small for my needs. I have been trying to initiate a return for over a week. The customer support people just ignore my numerous requests. Do not order unless you are 100% sure you will not need to return.
