Just Nudge I Needed

I have ocassional constipation and sometimes it feels incomplete. I take 38Tera for my gut biome but felt a needed something else. When Dr. B introduced RCE, I decided to give it a try. I so happy I did. I only need one capsule and I now feel I have less gas and my eliminations feel more complete. I'm not yet at the right Bristol number so I'm going to cut back to every other day to see what happens.

RCE EVALUATION

I am impressed with RCE. TOGETHER WITH EARLY - IN- THE- MORNING-SUN EXPOSURE( GLASSES OFF) and staying HYDRATED it has been helpful for sleep and regularity. In addition, plant based kefir with smoothies of greens and fruit and eating less meat. It is evidently helping. my microbiome

Shrug

I was really hopeful this was going to help me… I started my first day with one pill. Nothing. My second day two pills. nothing. Third and fourth day I took three pills. Nothing. Fourth and fifth day I took four pills and finally it seem to start working so I tapered back to doing three. I felt like things were maybe working so went to the normal dose of two and now for some reason, not working. Not sure if my body still getting used to this but I know my bottle is almost gone and it’s definitely not even close to when I’m supposed to get my next bottle auto shipped to me because I’ve had to up the dosage so much and this is an expensive product. If it weren’t so expensive, I feel like I’d have some more patience. I’m not sure why it is so expensive honestly… I hate to blindly just trust Dr. B but I kind of do and I’m hoping that this starts to work better soon. If I could get to a dose where I really only need two per day and this bottle will last me a month. It is worth it, if I have to keep taking a higher dose financially I can’t be buying two bottles a month. My body is recovering from slow gut motility due to recovering from an eating disorder so my case might be a little different.
