I no longer worry if I am getting what I need to maintain optimal health on a plant based diet. I love the peppermint essence added, so no foul. smell. Great product and great company!

Complement helps me take the guess work out of what my diet may be missing. Whole food plant based diets are very healthy but do need a few supplements. This brand seems to be looking after my needs. I also love the third party testing, and that it is cruelty free.
