I've been on it for 11 days, today. I have not had any side effects but don't notice any changes either. It could be helping, but I started with an omega-3 a week before, algae oil, which improved areas that creatine is also suppose to be helpful with so I don't know if the creatine is helping with cognitive functions. There's no taste so it isn't unpleasant to drink and that is great.

Muscle Growth

I purchased Complement Creatine for muscle growth and energy. I have been using the product for about 3 weeks. I gave the product 3 stars because I have not noticed an increase in energy or muscle growth. In all fairness , I do not know how long it takes before you should see an improvement. I did sign up for a subscription, but I am not certain if I will continue buying this product.

It works!

Have been taking creatine routinely now for 2 weeks and have seen some big gains in my muscles. Still 🤞for the cognitive gains. Will update after further supplementation.
