I'm a huge Glute Slide fan. its rare that you find a machine that does something that is difficult to duplicate in any other way in the gym. the glute slide is that machine. there is just no way to really imitate the stiumlus that the glute slide provides.

I own a commercial functional training facility in Santa Monica California. I ordered the “glute slide” and a week later I received the product. I was so surprised on how well this is made. Though it seems like it was designed for home use, the quality is exceptional. The motion itself flows very smoothly. And adjusting the bands are smartly designed with little or no effort. The functionality of the machine is awesome. Being a kinesiologist I recognize the usefulness of the glute slide.
