I am very happy with my basic Sloyd Knife. Everything about it is top quality. The blade, the steel, the workmanship, the handle. I’m looking forward to make many spoons and other treenware and maybe a few Nomes.

I’m in my buy heirloom quality tool era and knowing that this level of craftsmanship is coming out of my neck of the woods of Appalachia; well that was enough to sell me, but after holding and carving with this sloyd, I’ll be a lifetime patron.

Great whittling knife, I like the handle shape it fits nicely in my hand no hot spots. Just a neat little knife I highly recommend it. 👍
