Broke after 1 year, poor support when trying to repair, don’t waste your money or buy elsewhere

Purchased as a Christmas gift in December, 2024, and the steam wand stopped working in January 2026, 1 year and 1 month later. For the price you pay, you are better off saving up and avoiding this machine entirely. When I reached out for support, the Whole Latte Love team advised me to put descaler in the machine (outside of the manufacturers recommended cycle) and that has only made the problem worse. Now the steam wand and brewing group both don’t function. My only option now is to order nonreturnable parts in the hope that one fixes it, or send it in for repairs which would cost as much as a new machine. Either save up for a better machine, or buy from a vendor that will support repairs.

An excellent espresso machine for the price. It consistently lets me pull barista quality shots and the milk drinks are outstanding.

High Quality at Entry Level price

Really high quality machine at an entry level price. A barista friend of mine recommended this to me because of the easy ability to make a nice tasting latte right out of the gate. With a bit of practice and some dialing in with my grinder (3 tries), I was pretty much immediately able to make a nice latte. Only takes me about 5 mins in the morning, which is just about the same total time as a drip coffee. One of my favorite parts about it is the high quality accessories - I didn’t at all feel the need to upgrade the portafilter, tamper, or milk frothing mug immediately like with some other brands. Highly recommend!
