The Sunset Box

We have really enjoyed our Sunset Box subscription over the years. We always felt they provided a reasonable value for the cost. That price / value relationship seems to have shifted over the past couple of years. We are sorry to see that.

I did not see the value in this box, nor the excitement. The sample jars of tallow and olive oil were really too small to use. The mango chips were interesting but not a wow. The napkins were pretty limited to use on the road. Nothing in this box is something I will use. I gave it all away.

I'm so sorry to share I'm so disappointed, again. The garlic nuts and chili mango slices were too strongly flavored. The disposable napkins seem cheap. I have no need for a laminated placemat (again cheap item). I do not need a puzzle every time, maybe once a year, every other year. I'll try the bug wipes. I'll eventually use the avocado oil. The sea moss smells like seaweed snacks, which I eat and isn't that interesting. I found myself going, nope, nope, maybe, nope...I didn't find anything exciting and it left me in a sad mood given what we pay for this.
