Foot strap
This foot strap changed the game for kick backs I’ve been doing them for years and stopped feeling them in my glutes and had to lower the weights then my friend showed me this and I immediately ordered it nothing like this exists anywhere else don’t go to Amazon or anything it doesn’t exist anywhere else and I this one is super durable !!!

What a difference from my old ankle straps!
Trying something different from my tried and true ankle straps. I needed to replace them anyway since the Velcro was losing its integrity. This foot strap allows for so much more contact in my glute and hamstrings..I was worried it would be troublesome to switch from one foot to the other? Not at all. It’s great! I’ve also used it for abduction cable moves and it it secure going in a sideways direction which was a little doubtful about. Heavy duty construction also. Love!!! Thanks BC!!

Works good
The last one I had did not have the extra length so I felt stuck to the cable machine. This one has an extra 6 or so inches so you can get in position and move it around. The heel cuff is a nice add too compared to all the ones on Amazon. I wanted something simple to slip on and off and this fits the bill.
