Metavolve™

Gave it 6 months with minimal changes

I tried Metavolve for over 3 months with no noticeable difference. Then did a 14 day Equilife detox to see if that might help, and continued with Metavolve for another 3 months. Zero changes in metabolism/weight other than the usual 5 pounds during the detox. I already eat pretty healthy so the recommended diet wasn't much of a change. I wonder if those seeing substantial weight loss do so because of diet change. I think it had some hormone balancing effects hence the 2 stars but was hoping for more metabolism support as well. Disappointed overall.
