Love this Jerky! It’s super salty and Smokey and just what I like. If it were a thinner cut I’d live it just the same but I love the unique thick cut. Love when it’s in stock because it’s almost always out lol but so worth the wait.

Mahogany the only place to get cowboy jerky

cowboy jerky - best smoked meat flavor. I have been eating it since i was a kid, I am 70 years old. it always makes me time travel back to when i first tasted it. we always stopped when going Crowley fishing or mammoth skiing. we always planned our trips up 395 around mahogany’s open hours. then they got mail order and i can have it any time i want as i am a kid with money now. I share it with my friends and family like it is a rare commodity.

Cowboy jerky exceeded expectations!

The cowboy jerky was excellent, extremely well smoked. I micro-waved the pieces for 10-15 seconds to soften it and it also enhanced the degree of smokiness. Will definitely order again.
