OLD FASHIONED - ORIGINAL BEEF JERKY

I like your beef jerky very much, so the last star should be at least half colored in. Please accept my comments as suggestions for improvement; not complaints. Prior to reordering from you, I tried multiple products from various sources, as well as making my own, and found only one beef jerky I actually liked better, but at about 5 times the cost, if I recall correctly. I like the taste of your Original flavor (haven't tried any others) and the fact that you don't add sugar. The texture is variable: I like the pieces that bite through readily better than the tougher ones, but I assume this is due to the orientation of the grain of the meat when it is cut, which can't always be in the same direction. I do find some long pieces connected by strings, which seem to not have been cut all the way through, and it would be nice to not have to separate them. With a history of multiple orders, I did receive one bag that seemed to contain an unusually high amount of small pieces and crumbs: still delicious but not as convenient. Bottom line: you do provide an excellent product at a very competitive price. Thank you! My one criticism concerns your website. Questions I addressed to your website went unanswered and a friend who tried your product and wanted to place an order was unable to do so. As I have said before, The Original tastes like my Grandmothers. But I did a little taste test of my own, I went through and bought 7 different Jerky's and My top Favorite is People's Choice and my second is a local Beef jerky I get at my local Tack store. Now I have tried, Cattleman's Choice and M&S and Howdy, But none of them match up to People's Choice and that is why I joined the Subscription plan. Please don't ever change how Y'all make your Jerky! Love this stuff!!!
