Recovery

I am a F age 44 experiencing fatigue after training/lifting and this has helped ease my recovery. I love this brand,I always feel the effects of their products in my body. 10/10

I like the product, I think I need to understand my bady more now they im over 40. Plus things are not recovering as fast as I thought. Overall the product is great but not like the ones I had in the past.

Worth including in your daily nutrition

I am in my upper 50's with life things that have kept me from a regular exercise routine for quite a while, but i have been for the last 27 weeks consistently doing strength training 5 days a week. Since using this about a half hour after completing my daily routine i have noticed that aches or soreness are very minimal and i am able to go at it the next day. I use the whey protein as well and i am happy with that but the recovery mix with the creatine and fiber+ do help me to feel better fast. I have even used it after a hard stretch of outdoor chores and it helps then too.
