premium whey isolate/chocolate ice cream
started recently taking it and I'm impressed.
tastes very good, mixes super with water and is not upsetting my stomach.
As far as helping with endurance, I have not taken it long enough to know the difference. I will review again as I also have the strawberry taste, though not used yet.
