Still unsure if effectivness

I'm on day three or four of trying this out once in the morning. My routine used to include a packet of Emergen-c and a Drip drop with my vitamin regimen. I've now swapped it out with your product. No noticeable improvements that I'm aware of, but will try out the remainder of the packets I received. The taste is great, sometimes adding the last bit of it into my morning protein shake. Hopefully it works out. Stay tuned!

So far so good. I just had a total knee replacement a week ago, I use one every morning. It helps gets things moving in the morning and keeps me hydrated, definitely needed for my recovery over the next three months. Flavors are fantastic I think lemon is my favorite because it reminds me of fruity pebbles cereal lol thank you guys.
