Another thing you have to be aware of this product is that if you are “taste sensitive” — don’t buy it, these are *not* capsules. Although they tried to mask the fish flavor with some fruiti flavor, the taste is kind of gross, plus use a bib to prevent the product from staining your clothes yellowish forever!
