Best toner to keep Rosacea minimized and skin clear

Always come back to this toner for my sensitive skin that can break out and become red at times due to Rosacea. It is the best! One huge flaw with T. M. products that is an issue: packaging cannot be recycled! Please address this either by offering large refills in recyclable packaging or make all your containers recyclable.
