The serum has a lovely feel….

The serum is easy to spread on your face but I’m not keen on the scent! I put it on quickly and follow it up with my moisturizer to cover up the scent. All good but don’t like smell!

Positive/Quick Resolution

Unknowingly, I tried to twist the top off of the serum, which resulted in the pump dispenser being stuck in the top of the cap. Contacted ElmBioSciences by email on a Friday. Received an immediate email response followed by another email on Monday on how to correct the problem. Results were positive. Very happy. Will purchase the night creme next. Hopefully one day there will be a day cream.
