prebiotic drink mix is amazing

I'm always a bit skeptical of claims. In my experience, most products fail to deliver results. The prebiotic drink started making a difference for me on the first day and it continues to deliver results. Consistent clean poops and less gas. This product is a keeper. Easy to use and pleasant flavor.

May not work well for people with histamine issues

This caused some digestive (extreme bloating/nausea) and other issues for me. I think it's because although it grows good bacteria, some of those bacteria are histamine producing and I have trouble with excess histamine already. So maybe start extremely slow if you have issues with histamine. I love their probiotic and IGG though-they work very well for me. In fact I've seen more digestive improvement with their probiotic than other product I've tried. Great customer service & good company overall.
