Yum! I would say one of my fabs but they all are my favs! 😄 So glad I found these. I am a new diabetic and a pescatarian so these fit right in for my protein! Love them alone or in salads!

I use this ingredient to make seitan. Fabulous taste and great macros.

Useful addition to salads

The texture was soggier than I expected. I would not use them as a snack, but they add protein and fiber to salads. The flavor was very mild; I did not taste either garlic or rosemary clearly.
