Updated Review -- Amazing Customer Service
You get loyal customers when you have great customer service. And they have earned it with me. I ordered a rocker plate for my Peloton + bike. It came but it was too short. I reached out to Stephen and he responded immediately. They were trying a new design with a shorter plate length. It is different than the picture currently on the web site. And unfortunately it does not work, at least with the Peloton bike +. Stephen worked with me to verify this and is going to revert to the old style and make it right. That is what customer service is meant to be. And just to be clear, I have one of these for another trainer and I love it. So, twice loyal now.

The Realplate Spin Stealth Wattbike Atom
Steven was very helpful assisting me in my decision making process, nothing was too much trouble. Only completed 4 x 1 hour sessions but very pleased I made to move.
