Ultimate Omega Junior

My 6yo will chew on them and enjoys the flavor. My 7yo, very much dislikes the flavor, but quickly learned to swallow these smooth small capsules.

Strawberry flavor is pleasant! It is not sweet. The capsules are chewier than a gummy and don’t really break down but its easier to swallow if one hasn’t learned how to take pills yet. Its hard to “burst” - and the oil squirts out quite forcefully. Not a problem, just be aware. I’ll buy these again!
