Daily routine for 5 years!

I started using tropeaka lean protein in my smoothies in 2020 when I really needed to focus on my nutrition and get my body back in balance and healthy. Fast forward 5 years, my partner and I have a smoothie with Tropeaka every single day! It’s the best protein for our bodies and always makes me feel satiated and energized. It’s the best tasting of any plant based protein powder I’ve used. It’s really easy on my tummy - I often make a smoothie on days when I’m sick or have an anxious appetite and it never disagrees with me. My partner has celiac disease and has a sensitive gut and tropeaka has always agreed with him. Our all time favorite flavor is the iced mocha latte flavor which reminds me of Bournvita, if you’ve ever had it. I’ve converted several friends into tropeaka protein stans and even gotten my elderly grandpa into it after his doctor suggested he increase his protein intake. TLDR this is the best protein powder and I have had it almost every single day for over 5 years and never felt better!
