Very EFFECTIVE product with great results. The only problem was that the box came smashed during transport shipping. Thankfully, product was intact.

Helps me wind down at bedtime

The magnesium is perfect for me. I like that I can easily mix it in my water at night before I take my evening meds. Being a kidney transplant recipient, I have to be careful about a lot of supplements but this magnesium has done better for me than any other brand I’ve tried.
