Best magnesium on the market. Im on my 3rd tub.
My Doctor said " everyone should be on magnesium" I think everyone should be using 1st phorm magesium. Mixes really easy and taste good.
I drink a glass before night , helps me sleep better and reduces muscle soreness.
if magnesium is essential ( and it is) 1st phorm magnesium should be in your cupboard.
