Awesome watch!

This watch is nice overall. Two complaints with the product itself and 1 with the buying process. Watch: 1. A bit difficult to put the strap through the first ring on the other side of the strap. You kind of need to set the watch down on your lap or something to do it more easily. 2. The release levers of the clasp on the strap have sharp edges on the skin side and can irritate the skin and sometimes can feel scratchy. Buying process- after ordering the watch (with 3 other accessories), there was no other communication from the company on the status of the order. Nothing. I finally had to email the company and ask for a status. The company should be proactively communicating with customers on what is happening with the order. In my case, it seems like the company was waiting on all the items to be available before they shipped my watch. That's fine, but tell me that. Expectation setting and communication needs to improve.
